Global Vision for Peace and Equity is an
international Peace, Unity, Justice and Human
Right agency operating in Lagos Nigeria, working
with marginalized people to end poverty and
injustice together.
We have been working with marginalized people in
Lagos Nigeria since 2005. We partner local NGOs,
community based organizations and people's
movements to collectively address Peace, Unity,
Justice & Human Right.
Our focus is on the rights of Nigerian’s most
marginalized communities: and indigenous people,
rural and urban, women, children and minorities.
These groups face an acute lack of access to and
control over resources, services, and
institutions.
We pay special attention to those in vulnerable
situations such as people having challenges in
the area of Injustice and Human Rights, people
whose land or livelihood is under threat.
We also work with women, men, girls and boys who
have been trafficked, displaced, or hit by
natural and human-made disasters.
Our vision
A world without poverty and injustice, one in
which every woman, man and girl and boy enjoy
the right to life with dignity.
Our mission
To work with poor and women, men, girls and boys
to eradicate poverty, discrimination and
injustice.
Our goals
1. Poor and excluded people and communities will
exercise power to secure their rights.
2. Women and girls will gain power to secure
their rights.
3. Citizens and civil society across the world
will fight for rights and justice. |
